"Our passion is to reach out to the hurting and orphaned children in Sub-Saharan Africa to provide love and hope of Jesus Christ through practical means. We love what we do. We count it a privlege to be able to serve the children of Africa. We are very excited about expanding our orphan care program to other countries in Sub-Saharan Africa and to make a huge impact in the lives of tens of thousands of children throughout Africa."

Danny and Mary Ann Quirion
Danny and Mary Ann have always known that at some point in their lives they would work with the children in Africa. God's invitation came and now is our time to join Him.
Danny traveled to Swaziland twice in 2007 to see what God was doing and how his family would fit in this work. After brief work in an orphanage God led them to Children's Cup. Their family is excited about Children's Cup and the ministry they will be involved in.
Their family Scripture at this time in their lives is found in Proverbs. "Trust in the Lord with all of your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. Many are the plans in a man's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails"
Dixon and Chipo Changara
Dixon and Chipo are Children's Cup's Zimbabwe Directors. They pastor Oasis of Life in Bulawayo (in partnership with Celebration Church of Jacksonville) and are working hard to develop leaders and pastors to bring hope to the hurting people of Zimbabwe.
Donald and Diane Page
During a 10 day mission trip through Mission Of Mercy to Swaziland in August 2007 God confirmed in Donald and Diane's hearts that Swaziland would be their new home to serve God through serving the vulnerable children. Their focus will be on the administration of the medical program as well as assisting RN's with medical evaluations/treatments, logistics of CarePoint operations with supplies and materials needed for the daily operation of CarePoints.

Jacci Zuniga
Jacci joined Children's Cup in September of 2007. She has been full-time on the mission field for 12+ years, spending 7 of those years in Mexico. Jacci's ministry with Cup is discipling the women that are the volunteer cooks at Cup's CarePoints. The women have great influence on the children of their community, so tending to their spiritual growth is an essential part of the impact they can have. She, along with her ministry team Karabo & Nelly, share the desire to present every woman complete in Christ (Colossians 1:28.)
"My highest pursuit is to know Christ & his love. I feel deeply grateful that He initiated a love relationship with me, saved me and then called me to serve Him in other cultures."
Her focus verse is Acts 20:24,"However, I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me – the task of testifying to the gospel of God's grace."

Jessie, a bachelor trained nurse (RN, BSN), has been the Nursing Director of Children's Cup in Swaziland since August of 2008. She oversees the medical care of all our CarePoint kids through weekly clinics, through partnership with the Baylor Clinic to care for our HIV+ kids, and in educating our teachers how to identify sick kids and teach them about hygiene and HIV.
Jessie has watched in amazement Psalms 10:17-18 come alive as the Lord cares for His son's and daughter's. She has seen with her eyes the Lord encouraging, caring, and defending the afflicted, fatherless, and oppressed in so many God filled ways!

Patrick Conti
Patrick joined the Children's Cup team in 2005 and has carried a huge load for the team in a wide variety of areas. This is how he expressed his heart for being on the team:
"Can you imagine millions of children who are forgotten, left behind, unloved and lack any positive identity? Africa faces such a situation with over 15 million orphans due to HIV/AIDS. Children's Cup by God's grace and direction has been able to bring life and truth to some of these children. Convicted and convinced I head back to Africa because it screams out for God's people to extend love. My prayer is to carry God's Spirit and His love with me. God loves these children and my life goal is to become the likeness of Christ!"

Sandra Chesterman
Sandra joined Children's Cup through The Oasis Church on November 15th, 2007. Sandra oversees the two Mbabane CarePoints that the Oasis Church financially supports, Fonteyn and Mangwaneni, Mbabane. She teases that she is proof that you are never too old to be called to the mission field.
"I never thought I would be a missionary. I felt missionaries were extraordinary not ordinary. I didn't think my gifts and talents fit what I pictured a typical missionary to need. I was wrong."
Sandra has filled a needed place in the Cup family in managing our Cup office in Swaziland. She loves interacting and getting to know the children at her CarePoints but has found it a blessing to know, love and invest in the lives of our Swazi staff.
"When you are obedient to God's calling, large or small, it is so freeing. When you don't listen to the lies of the enemy and step out in faith it all fits together. None of the sacrifices have come close to the overflow of blessings!!"
"Now glory be to God! By His mighty power at work within us, He is able to accomplish infinitely more than we would ever dare to ask or hope." Epehsians 3:20

Stephanie Durbin
Stephanie is a graduate from the Healing Place School of Ministry and joined the Cup team in June of 2008. She is our administrative assistant at our home office in Prairieville, LA. This is what she shared:
"It's exciting to be able to dive into the heart of something so deep as Children's Cup. Every day is a journey as God continues to shape and use me for those that are thirsty for Him. I know God has called me to the nations and I will remain obedient and open to whatever He has in store. How do you want to use me, Lord? Stir my heart for Your people. Change my heart to be more like Yours."
